Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS)
Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS) offers assistance and support for older adults who need reminders, cues, intermittent/moderate supervision, or physical assistance to help them remain in their own homes. Individual Community Living Supports covers assistance and support for eligible people 65 years and older in the following service categories:
- Adaptive support service
- Active cognitive support
- Activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Household management
- Health, safety and wellness
- Community engagement
Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS) services are available to people on the:
- Elderly Waiver
- Alternative Care Waiver

Individual Home Support
(a). Without Training:
Our Direct Support Professionals provide:
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Including personal care, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support with Community Engagement: Assisting with transportation, attending appointments, and participating in social activities.
Skill Maintenance: Helping individuals maintain essential life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and money management.
(b). With Training:
For individuals who may require additional guidance and support, our Direct Support Professionals offer:
Hands-on, Person-Centered Training: Tailored training programs designed to help individuals develop new skills and increase their independence.
Enhanced Support with Daily Living Activities: Providing ongoing support and guidance to help individuals master daily living skills and maintain their independence.
Community Living Coordination: Assisting with navigating community resources, accessing services, and building a strong support network.
(c). With Family Supports:
We believe that families play a vital role in the lives of their loved ones with disabilities. Our Family Supports program is designed to empower families by:
Providing customized support and training: Tailoring our services to meet the unique needs and preferences of each family.
Fostering collaboration and communication: Working closely with families to develop and implement effective care plans.
Enhancing the household’s ability to meet care needs: Equipping families with the knowledge, skills, and resources to provide high-quality care within the home environment.

Home Making

Our homemaking services include:
Light housekeeping: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
Laundry: Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.
Meal preparation: Assisting with grocery shopping, meal planning, and preparing healthy meals.
Home organization and management: Assisting with decluttering, organizing, and maintaining a safe and accessible living space.
